massachusetts public school mosque field tripIn late May of 2010, Wellesley, Massachusetts public middle school students took a field trip to the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center - a controversial Saudi-funded mega-mosque run by the Muslim American Society of Boston. There, the students were separated by gender and the boys were asked to join the Muslim adults in their prayer. Several of the public school boys took part.

The video shows five sixth-grade boys kneeling, bowing their heads, and engaging in a prayer ritual. When was the last time your public school took children on a field trip to your Christian church?

Does Jesus Respect Islam?

Florida Pastor Terry Jonespastor Terry Jones sparked a firestorm of controversy when he called Islam of the devil and scheduled the burning of a Quran. Coach Dave Daubenmire ask the question, "Does Jesus Respect Islam?

"Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments." (Exodus 20:5-6)

I have watched with a great deal of curiosity the feeding frenzy created by the White House regarding the burning of the Quran by a pastor in Florida. I am always leery of where it is the media is trying to take me. First of all, they want us to know that Pastor Terry Jones shepherds a “small congregation” in Gainesville, Florida, as if behavior is validated by the number of followers that one has. Evidently Joel Osteen’s version of the Gospel is better than Pastor Jones’ because he has such a large following. I’m sure that Pastor Osteen would never do such a “hateful” thing.

When Governments Steal

economicsGod blessed us saying produce, multiply increase, subdue, and take dominion. Economics is part of the dominion process. Economics is the study of production, distribution and consumption. The road to prosperity is through production. Production to savings. From savings to investment. Destroy savings, destroy the country.

On Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano, Jim Rogers discusses the massive US debt, what he’d do as Treasury Secretary, and the future of the country if Washington doesn’t change course. The debt problem is a problem for “you, me, and our parents,” says Rogers. “This is a problem that’s hitting all of us in the face right now.” Rogers explains that Washington is only concerned with re-election, not whether the country survives.

Seeking Justice or Revenge: Consider Your Response

The Book of Jonah relates how God called Jonah to go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it because of its wickedness. Instead, Jonah ran away from the Lord and to Tarshish. Most of us are familiar with the story of Jonah and the whale. Jonah finally did as God commanded and preached repentance to the city of Nineveh. The Ninevites believed God and repented. When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, He had compassion on them and did not bring upon them the destruction He had threatened.

President Obama and the Members of Congress may need to reread "The Constitution"

E-mail Print

One of the things that most Americans can reasonably agree on is their distrust of "Big government," and according to the latest poll numbers from the Pew Research Institute, that seems to be just about right. In survey after survey, whether it is one conducted by MSNBC or some independent research firm, there is growing animosity among citizens as to the role, or rather, intrusion of government into the public and private sector of American society.

Rekindling America's Greatness

E-mail Print

Today our Republic is under siege by those of a different spirit. We have been lied to by corrupt politicians, socialists, too big to fail bankers, Wall Street fat-cats and others that hate our country, culture, U. S. Constitution, liberty, free market capitalism, family, and, most of all, our God. These lying supplanters desire a new America, one of their own making and will stop at nothing until the America framed by our Founding Fathers is completely destroyed.
